1. Parties

Seller: Noteminator, İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: info@noteminator.com. Buyer: the subscriber, identified by the account that activates a Premium subscription.

2. Subject

The seller provides a digital subscription ("Noteminator Premium") for a monthly fee. Premium unlocks cross-device sync, media attachments (image, voice, location), and export to PDF / Excel / Office-format rich text documents.

3. Price

The price is the one displayed inside the Noteminator app at the moment of purchase. Local taxes apply per the marketplace where the purchase is made (Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store).

4. Payment

Payment is processed by the chosen marketplace. The seller does not receive or store payment card details. The receipt issued by the marketplace is your invoice for the transaction.

5. Performance

The service begins immediately upon successful payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Selling Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to electronic services that begin with the consumer's explicit consent before the 14-day period ends. By starting a subscription you provide that consent and waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the marketplace where you purchased it (Play Store / App Store / Microsoft Store). Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period; no further charges occur.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the rules of the marketplace through which you purchased. For exceptional situations — service outage, billing error, account fraud — contact info@noteminator.com and we will assist with the marketplace refund process.

9. Complaints

Disputes may be escalated to the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Acceptance

By completing a Premium purchase, you confirm you have read this Agreement and accept its terms.
