1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Noteminator, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Noteminator is a multi-platform note-taking app with optional paid sync ("Premium"). The free tier runs locally on a single device. Premium adds cross-device sync, media attachments, and export features.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for the content you create. You may not share an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Noteminator to:
- store, transmit, or organize content that is illegal in your jurisdiction;
- infringe on the rights of any third party;
- distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the service;
- circumvent rate limits, security controls, or admin gates;
- automate access in ways that overload the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Premium subscription
Premium is billed monthly through the app store you signed up via (Google Play, App Store, or Microsoft Store). The price displayed in-app is final, including local taxes where applicable. You may cancel any time through your store account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Your content
You own everything you write. You grant Noteminator a limited, technical license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the service (sync, backup, encryption).
We cannot read your note content under normal operations — it is end-to-end encrypted under a key derived from your account.
7. Availability and warranty
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Noteminator is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using and delete the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved before the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
